Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Arerov website and place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

• An order is accepted when we confirm your payment. We may cancel an order, and return your money in full, if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we cannot deliver to your address.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. The delivery charge is shown before you pay.
• Please check your address and phone number. We cannot be responsible for a parcel that is late or lost because of a wrong address.

Payment

• Payments are made online through Razorpay, or from your wallet balance with us. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Wallet balance can be used for orders on this website. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, except where we refund an order to your wallet or bank as explained in our refund policy.

Your account

• You sign in with your email address or Google. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it.
• We may close an account that is used to cheat us or other customers.

Products

• Pet food and accessories are described as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration; packaging may change.
• Please check the ingredients on the pack before feeding, especially if your pet has allergies or a health condition. Ask your vet for medical advice.

Our responsibility

• We take care to deliver what you ordered, in good condition. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the city where Arerov operates.
