Where we deliver

We deliver to the pincodes we serve. Enter your pincode on a product page or at checkout to see if we deliver to you and what it costs.

Delivery charge

The delivery charge depends on the weight of your order and where it is going. You see it before you pay. Some orders qualify for free delivery; this is shown at checkout.

How long it takes

• We pack paid orders within 1 to 2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 working days after that, depending on where you live.
• Delays can happen during festivals, bad weather or strikes. We will tell you if your order is held up.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also see them on your order page in your account.
