• Your delivery addresses and your order history.
• Photos or messages you send us in a support ticket.
• Technical details such as your browser and the pages you open, to keep the website working and safe.

Why we use it

• To take and deliver your orders, send you bills and order updates, and answer your questions.
• To keep records that the law asks us to keep, such as tax invoices.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.

We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

• Our team, only as far as their work needs.
• Razorpay, which processes your payment. It handles your card, UPI or bank details; we do not.
• Couriers, who get your name, address and phone number so they can deliver.
• Our email and hosting providers, who handle data for us under their own privacy terms.

We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and orders for as long as your account is open. Tax invoices are kept for the years the law requires, even if you close your account.

Your choices

• You can see and change your name, phone number and addresses in your account.
• You can ask us to delete your account or send you a copy of your information. Write to us and we will reply within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records for tax and legal reasons.
